Apple Racer is a Piston Cup race car that was formerly sponsored by Apple.
History[]
In Cars 3, Apple Racer competes in the 2016 Piston Cup season along with others such as Lightning McQueen, Cal Weathers, Bobby Swift, and Brick Yardley. During the midseason of that year, Jackson Storm made his debut and in return most Piston Cup sponsors started firing and replacing their racers with Next-Generation racers. As such, Apple soon fired the Apple racer and replaced them with J.P. Drive.

Trivia[]
- So far, this racer and the Rev-n-Go Racer are the only Cars 3 stock cars to not have a confirmed name.
- His concept art depicts him with brown eyes, whereas he is depicted with green eyes in the movie.
- No Apple Racer diecast was released by Mattel and Disney Store at present. This is likely due to copyright issues with Apple.
