Axlerod Oil was Miles Axlerod's oil company. The company's oil field was located in Australia. According to the press, after having disappeared for 36 days in an attempt to become the first car to circumnavigate the globe without GPS, he decided to sell his oil company, convert himself from a diesel-powered car to an electric car, and create a renewable and clean-burning alternative fuel called "Allinol", though it was later revealed to not be that and just be gasoline that was engineered to explode whenever it has an electromagnetic pulse with a camera. He also faked being an electric car which was also revealed at the end of the film.
