- While the Car Finder Game states Dale Earnhardt Jr. is an Axxelo Fission. In the Cars: Character Encyclopedia, he was listed as a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo based on his real-life counterpart.
- In Cars 3, Todd Marcus was updated to a Capitol Motors Mark II (a slightly similar design to his original Cars counterpart).
- The Axxelo Manx DL closely resembles the Ducham Futuro.
