Bill is a demolition derby race car. He competes in the Crazy Eight demolition derby races at the Thunder Hollow Speedway with the number 86.

In Cars 3, Bill takes part in the Crazy Eight demolition derby that featured a disguised Lightning McQueen under the name of "Chester Whipplefilter" and Cruz Ramirez who went by the alias "Frances Beltline". During that race he, together with Patty and Cigalert, are pushed by Miss Fritter, they are at this said hello to each other. When APB hits Patty, Bill dropped out race for a short time with Cigalert, crashed into a wall because of her and returned. Passed by Superfly, bumped into tires and drop out until next time. A few days later, he would attend at a bar where he and many other Crazy Eight racers, would watch the Florida 500 race rooting for Lightning McQueen and Cruz Ramirez.

Cars 3: Driven to Win[]

In Cars 3: Driven to Win, Bill appears as a non-playable character in the Thunder Hollow races in the game.

Physical description[]

Bill is a sedan that is painted red, blue and yellow. He has a red hood, roof and trunk with an yellow grille and stripe on his sides. His roof and lower parts were blue. On his hood and in the back he has the Luxo Ball painted on them. He has a yellow number 86 on his doors and roof.

Trivia[]

  • Bill's hood carries the design of the Luxo Ball, a recurring Pixar Easter egg. His number, 86, which he shares with Chick Hicks, is a reference to the year Pixar was founded (1986).
  • Bill’s overall design appears similar to the 1975-1980 Ford Granada.
  • Racing number 86 was also used by: Chick Hicks, LJH 86 Special and Long Ge.
  • He is one of the two characters raced against in Cars 3: Driven to Win that is not playable, the other being Doc Hudson.
    • It is unknown why Bill is unplayable in Cars 3: Driven to Win or if he was planned to be a playable character at all in the first place.
