Blinkr is a messaging application in the World of Cars. It is also a sponsor for the Piston Cup Racing Series. Speedy Comet raced for the team in 2016, prior to being replaced by next-generation racer Ryan "Inside" Laney midway through the season. Both racers used the number 21 until 2021, where Ryan "Inside" Laney's number was first seen as 12.

Towards the beginning of the 2016 Piston Cup season in Cars 3, Speedy Comet bears this sponsor. However, after Jackson Storm's win at the Copper Canyon Speedway, Speedy, along with five other veteran racers, is replaced by Ryan Laney.
