William Everett "Bud" Luckey (July 28, 1934 - February 24, 2018) was an American animator and actor. He was a character designer, conceptual artist, and creator of the additional storyboards for Cars.

- In his honor was a character from Cars named Bud.
- Both Bud and his model manufacturer, Luckeyliner, were named after him. The jackalope from Pixar's 2003 short film Boundin' who is featured in a mural on Bud's back was voiced by Bud Luckey. Bud's description in Car Finder Game was also based on him as well.
