Carlos Jaime Alazraqui (born July 20, 1962) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, singer, impressionist, comedian, producer and screenwriter. He has a reputation for voice acting on kids shows, as well as animated movies. He performed the voices of El Chupacabra and Fonzarelli in Planes. He was also credited in Cars: Race-O-Rama, although his role is uncredited he voices Mike. He also stated that the Planes series would be a trilogy, hinting that Planes 3 would be made.[1]
