Roman Dunes, known more commonly as Chief No Stall, is the No Stall racing team's crew chief. He coaches Todd Marcus and his pitties in all of their Piston Cup races. As a former National Guard rapid deployment specialist, Roman is known for being a loud and dedicated coach.
Roman is a Haulital Lugnutter that is painted red, with the No Stall logo on his hood and doors. He has a black grille, red rims and clear headlights. He wears a black headset.

In Cars, Roman can be seen at the Motor Speedway of the South, barking orders at Todd and his team.
Somewhere between Cars and Cars 3 he left the team and a new crew chief took his place.

- He shares the same model as Ernest B. Raykes, Senior Trax, and Transberry Juice Crew Chief. His model was also erroneously reused for Chief RPM and Earl Filter in the 1:55 scale diecast range.
