Dewey Conerod is a retired Piston Cup Racing Series driver who competed in the series during the 1950s seasons. He raced with the number 64 and is sponsored by several companies, such as the Conerod Auto & Car Club.
History[]
In Cars 3, Dewey Conerod appears via a tape recording of the 1954 race at Fireball Beach. He was one of the many competitors the Hudson Hornet passed on track, but eventually the race would be red flagged due to the Hudson Hornet's career ending wreck.
Physical description[]
Dewey is painted baby blue with a white roof and rims. His number is painted red with a white outline and his sponsors are painted in black and white. His headlights are taped over so they can't be used. On his hood, "350 MPH" is painted in red. He has a chrome grille, bumper and trim.

- Conerod is likely affiliated with the Conerod Auto, since his last name is Conerod.
- "350 MPH" is painted on his hood, highly unlikely that was his top speed. It was most likely an exaggeration to demonstrate how fast he is. In real-life, the 300 mph record was not broken until 2019.
- Though his fastest actual top speed could be only around the 110-120 mph mark.
