E. Manual Maniez

E. Manual Maniez is part of Raoul ÇaRoule's pit crew. He is a blue forklift who also carries the flag of France on his livery and even wears a blue cap that has the flag's colors on it.

In Cars 2, Manual works as part of Raoul's pit crew, having the job of changing his tires and refilling his gas tank during his pit stops.
