Firebird

Firebird is a racing plane that is seen in Planes, qualifying for the Wings Around the Globe. She is a purple and white biplane that has her name painted on her sides, as well as the number "16" and lives in Fresno, California. Strangely she appears in the finale shot of the racers passing the finish line, even though she was disqualified at the qualifier

Bio[]

Racer number 16, Firebird, is a fast biplane out of Fresno and a force to be reckoned with. Firebird has raced in the the Lincoln Qualifier three times, and though she hasn't qualified to date, next year will be the "Year of the Firebird." Or at least that is what it says in her latest press release...
