George New-Win is a race car that competes in the Piston Cup Racing Series with the number 52 for Leak Less. He joined the team in 2017, replacing Brian Spark.

In Cars 3, George New-Win replaced the previous Leak Less racer, Brian Spark at the start of the new Piston Cup season. He competed in the Florida 500 at the Florida International Super Speedway, where he started from the thirteenth position. During the race, he had an accident during which he was hit by Cam Spinner, he was badly damaged, and he didn't finish the race because of the damage caused by the wreck.

George New-Win is a 2017 Next-Gen race car, specifically the SB-4 model. He uses Lightyear racing tires like every other current Piston Cup racer. His eye color is dark green in the film. Like every other Leak Less racer before him, his paint job consists of mainly yellow alongside with black. He has a black number 52 on his doors and and a yellow one on his roof. He also has a orange logo of Leak Less in shape of a paint splat on his hood and a black logo on his sides next to his rear wheels. His rim color is black.

- He was the only Next-Gen racer to have made his debut in the Florida 500 and not finish said race, having only completed, approximately, 55 laps (which is equal to 11% of the whole race).
- George's eye color in the movie is dark-green but on his die-cast it was changed to brown.
- He was the Next-Gen racer who was seen the least amount of time in the movie.
