Joe Mantegna

Joe Mantegna (born November 13, 1947) is an American actor, producer, writer, director and voice actor who is known for having roles in films and television series such as The Godfather Part III, Forget Paris and The Simpsons. He provided the voice of Grem in Cars 2 and Cars 2: The Video Game.
