Le Cars is a sports car endurance race in which its competitors must drive for twenty-four hours straight. In Cars: Mater-National Championship, after Otto Von Fassenbottom loses to Lightning McQueen in North Willys Butte, he requests a rematch, and when Lightning questions why he is not exhausted after the first race, Otto explains that he is used to racing for long periods of time in Le Cars.
