Leroy Heming is a former Piston Cup racer. He competed in the 1950s of the Piston Cup Racing Series bearing the number 300, and was sponsored by Re-Volting and Faraday Valley Dealers.

Cars 3[]
In Cars 3, Leroy can been seen during the race of his debutant season at the Thomasville Speedway. During the race he tried to slam the Fabulous Hudson Hornet into a wall, but Hudson flipped over him, much to his surprise, and managed to win the race. Later on in 1954 he participated at the race at the Fireball Beach during which he was in the first position until he got surpassed on the corner by Doc. Doc Hudson would have won the the race, but, he lost control and experienced a career-ending crash, which caused the race to come to a stop leaving everyone, including Leroy, in shock.

Leroy Heming is a 1955 Chrysler C-300. Due to Leroy's model, it can be assumed that his top speed is 127.58 mph (205.32 km/h) and has 300 horsepower. He has a 331 cu in (5.4 L) FirePower V8 engine, and a 2-speed PowerFlite automatic. His registration number is LEROY. His eyes are blue, He is painted white with red number 300 on his sides and roof.

- His design was inspired by Tim Flock's 1955 NASCAR race car.
- His racing number, 300, is a reference to his car model, 1955 Chrysler C-300.
- Although he is supposed to be a 1955 Chrysler C-300, he was seen alongside Doc Hudson, whose racing career supposedly ended in 1954.
- He was originally to be named "Leroy Jenkins" according to a coloring page in issue 5 of 2018 in The Official Magazine.[1]
