Lou is a Salt Flats racer. She is a background character in the episode "Salt Fever" of Cars on the Road. She also shares the same model as Fishtail from Cars 3.
History[]
In Cars on the Road, she is seen being towed by a green-and-white pickup truck with a hitch. Little later she was seen resting behind her sponsor and before Revo Kos.
