Trivia[]
- Although a short Dinoco pitty appears in Cal Weathers team in Cars 3, its currently unknown if that pitty is Luke Pettlework. As the body shape is slightly different and appearently being a newer generation of his model, Its either an entirely different character, or Luke got a drastic body change just like the returning racers in Cars 3 from the first film.
- If Lightning Mcqueen did accept Tex's offer of becoming the new racer for Dinoco, it's a bit likely that Luke Pattelwork and the rest of his colleagues would become Mcqueen's pit crew. Although on the other hand, due to Guido being a very fast tire changer, the latter would presumably be hired, and would either replace (or perhaps accompany) the original Dinoco pit crew.
- In Cars 3, Luke Pettlework's promo art is reused on a poster for "Pitties Night", however with inverted colours and the team decals removed.
