Manny Flywheel is a former racer that sponsors N2O Cola. He is a Crown Celesta that is painted purple, with green lining. He has the N2O Cola logo printed on his hood and fenders, as well as the white number 68 painted on his roof and doors. He retired and got replaced by Parker Brakeston before the events of Cars 3.
History[]
In Cars, Manny is one of the competitors seen at the Motor Speedway of the South. He is later involved in the huge wreck between almost all of the racers. During the wreck he crashed into the barrier before hitting Davey Apex.
Between the events of Cars and Cars 3, Manny retires and Parker Brakeston supersedes him as the N2O Cola racer.

- In the film, Manny resembles a Crown Celesta. It is unknown why does his diecast resembles a Capitol Motors Verve XT.
- This goes for Ryan Shields as well.
- However, in a Die-cast pack (both 2020 and 2021) they put Parker Brakeston with the Manny Flywheel pose, while in the 2021 line (almost the same) they put Flywheel as Parker Brakeston as the collectible figure next to Speedy Comet, The error goes further, But after re-released it, all these errors were corrected and all the problems were solved.
- Manny, James Cleanair, Aiken Axler & Chuck Armstrong are the only racers not to appear in Lightning McQueen's pre-race monologue.
