Masha Ellswrench[1] also known as Fiber Fuel Crew Chief[2] is the crew chief for the Fiber Fuel Piston Cup racing team. She is painted orange, wears a headset, and has Fiber Fuel's logo on his sides. She is a Capitol Motors Verve LX.
Although Masha didn't appear in Cars, Mattel planned a die-cast for her in 2018/19 along with both the Tach O Mint and Transberry Juice crew chiefs, but they were all canceled for unknown reasons. Her die-cast was finally released in 2025.

- She and Mandy Freunderbender are both Piston Cup crew chiefs who but they have not appeared in any form of Cars media. There is a reason for this, because in Cars the pit scene where they were in was not captured in.
- She uses the same artwork like Mandy and Jay W.
- Originally, she was confused for a male before her name was revealed, as she lacks thick eyelashes which males in the Cars universe have.
- Despite not appearing in the movie, she is featured in the comic "The Rookie" where unlike her diecast she is depicted as a pickup truck, similar to her original incorrect artwork.
- In earlier releases, her artwork was incorrectly reused from Mandy Freunderbender's, but later corrected, recycled from Chief RPM's.
- Her car model in the comics is the same as Chief Chick, Rust-eze Crew Chief and Sidewall Shine Crew Chief.
- Her diecast model has the same model as Chief RPM, Earl Filter and Tank Coat Crew Chief.
- In addition, all the diecast released crew chiefs with her model are depicted as Haulital Lugnutters. Meaning had her release seen the light of day, she would be marked as the only Capitol Motors Verve LX crew chief to be released with the correct model.
- Her prototype's "Fiber Fuel" logo on the hood is upside down unlike the other crew chiefs, meaning this was possibly an error.
- It was rumoured among fans that "Andrew Buttes" which is Megan Shifter’s (of course, the pit crew member for Fiber Fuel) name in some releases of her, might have been intended to be her name.
- She's named after, Pixar character shading & groom artist, Masha Ellsworth.
