The Micro Drifters was a toy line made by Mattel that consisted of small plastic cars and planes with a tiny metal ball on their undercarriage that was used for them to "drift". The Micro Drifters were introduced following the release of Cars 2 in theaters and focused on releasing characters from that movie and also from the first Cars movie. It served as a secondary toy line to the 1:55 Scale Die-Casts from 2012 to 2015.
