Mitch is a hauler that worked for Ms. Victoria. When Flo was a Motorama girl, Mitch would transport her, Rhonda, Laverne, and Sheila to all of their shows and gigs.
Mitch's only official appearance in the series is in the "Showstopper" comic. However, he was also intended to appear in Cars, along with the Motorama Girls, but was cut and never implemented into the final product.
