Monster Truck Tires are an item in Disney Infinity. They appear in the Cars Play Set, and can be purchased from the Toy Store in it. They do not appear in the Toy Box.
They can be equipped via a special platform on the other side of Luigi's Casa Della Tires, or when they are first bought and picked up from the helicopter platform.
