Moscow (Russian: Москва) is the capital and most populous city of Russia. Lightning McQueen and Mater arrived in this city during their travel in 2011.

• One of Moscow's streets appear in the Obey Traffic Signals advertisement.
• This city appears on the packaging for the Mattel Disney Pixar Cars "Ice Racers" toy series and other materials based on the Ice Racers. It was the home of a Ice Race organized by Vitaly Petrov for TROC.
