Ms. Victoria is the Motorama Girls' manager.

History

In the World of Cars book's story Showstopper, Ms. Victoria is the manager and teacher of the Motorama Girls. The girls can be a bit of a hand full sometimes. When they arrived at Radiator Springs, she had already blown out her transmission just trying to keep the girls in line. She was very upset when Flo decided to leave, but in the end respected her choice.

• "Ms. Victoria was the chaperone for the Motorama tour for as long as anyone could remember. It was her job to take care of the girls when they were on the road, and she took her job very seriously. If the girls tried to sneak off and go cruising or let their engines idle, Ms. Victoria put a quick stop to it. She was strict, but when she was on duty, she knew the girls would always be safe."
