Neil Tireless is actor that appears in the comic Secret Visit. He visits Radiator Springs as a tourist in disguise, but while being a tourist, he acts sort of suspiciously, so the townsfolk decided to inform Sheriff about him. In part two of the comic, after the towns folk ambush him, he reveals that he is actor that is acting for his upcoming movie "The Rescue".
