Hugo Fast, better known as simply the Nitroade Pitty, is a member of Aiken Axler's pit crew on the Nitroade racing team. In Cars, he appears during the opening race at the Motor Speedway of the South. He is a small forklift known for his smooth and speedy pit stops.

Hugo appears during the Dinoco 400 race in Cars. While most pitties in the film have identical models, Hugo has a fairly unique short, wide model, similar to that of Not Chuck.
While more commonly known as the Nitroade Pitty in promotional material, Hugo was named in the 2008 die-cast toy line, appearing on one of the card backs before his release was pushed back to the following year. His name seems to be a pun on the term "you go fast."
The World of Cars Online[]
While Hugo did not appear in the World of Cars Online game itself, the player could obtain a badge of him by entering a Race Code obtained from his die-cast toy. Notably, however, Hugo's artwork was featured during . If the player attempted to access the game without the proper Flash requirements installed, they would be brought to a screen with Hugo, Stacy, and Petrol Pulaski, telling them to "head to the pits" and upgrade.
