Noriyuki is a light-green utility truck who runs a racing team at the Salt Flats. He appears in the Cars on the Road episode "Salt Fever" and relevant tie-in material.
History
In Cars on the Road episode "Salt Fever", Noriyuki plays a pivotal role by assisting Mater in transforming into a high-speed racer. He outfits Mater with boosters, enabling him to experience record-breaking speeds and an out-of-chassis experience.
When Mcqueen saw a car dead corpse beside in Noriyuki and Sarah Coggs garage he tried to warn Mater and then they where angry and about to kill Lightning which scared Lightning but they didn't.
