P.T. Flea is a brown bug who owns his own circus. He appears in Cars, when the Radiator Springs residents are watching A Bug's Life, a movie that he stars in. In the film, P.T. Flea hires a gang of circus cars in hopes of becoming wealthy.

P.T. Flea is a Nimbly Co. No-see-um LX that is painted brown with white rims and black mirrors. He wears a black hat on his roof.
