Ronald is one of the rookie racers who train at the Rust-eze Racing Center, in hopes of becoming a professional racer. He is a Next-Gen 2017 Race Car SA-3. He is the Trainee 035. He is powered by a 8.4 liter twin-turbo hybrid Viper V10 engine with 750 horsepower. He can go from 0 to 60 in 3.8 seconds and he can reach a top speed of 210 mph (338 km/h).

History[]

In Cars 3, Ronald is one of the trainees who runs on the treadmills. As he is driving roughly, Cruz Ramirez reminds him that he is a "fluffy cloud", and he takes this advice to help him speed up.
