In Planes, he is seen making a cameo appearance in the crowd during the end celebrating Dusty Crophopper's victory.
Planes: Fire & Rescue[]
In Planes: Fire & Rescue, he is now a recurring character. When Ryker investigates the fire incident caused by Dusty, and Mayday's poor firefighting skills, he will have to close down propwash junction until Mayday gets refurbished and accompanies a second firefighter. He later comes and inspects Dusty for certification and Mayday and approves to re-opens the station.
Livery[]
Ryker seems to be based on a Rosenbauer Panther 6x6, and painted chartreuse with blue lines on his sides. He has chartreuse rims, a black grille and a white shape with the Transportation Management Safety Team logo.

The TMST is an independent federal agency charged with the task of investigating aviation accidents, as well as significant accidents involving other large vehicles, including trains and boats.
