• It's name is a pun on tachometer, a car gauge for measuring RPM's.
• Tach-O-Mint, along with Dale Earnhardt Inc., are the only Cars sponsors that didn't appear in Cars 3 to have no Next-Gen diecast.
• It's logo also doesn’t appear as a sticker on any of the piston cup racers.
• The Hauler of Tach-O-Mint and Re-Volting didn't appear in Cars.
  • The trailer of the Tach-O-Mint hauler however makes a cameo in Mater the Greater. It additionally has a somewhat different paintjob design (for example the 101 is at the back as opposed to the front).
• Tach-O-Mint, Hostile Takeover Bank, Dale Earnhardt Inc., Shifty Drug, Fiber Fuel, Sidewall Shine, and Retread are the only sponsors absent from Cars 3.
  • However, Hostile Takeover Bank, Shifty Drug, Fiber Fuel, Sidewall Shine, and Retread had received diecasts of next gen-racers, althrough they never appeared in the movie.
  • Although Hostile Takeover Bank racer Chick Hicks himself appeared in Cars 3, he retired and became a commentator for RSN, thus he used his name and RSN to replace all the company's logos on his body.
