Jay W. in Mater the Greater[]
I don't know if that car next to Mia and Tia is Jay W., because his grill appears to include a yellow color, but Jay doesn't. --Lightening McQueen (talk) 18:17, March 7, 2015 (UTC)
Although the yellow color is a bit darker here (I'll give you that), I'm still pretty sure they intended for it to be him. I looked at one of the Cars screenshots of him, and most of the background fans appear to be the same. You can compare the two shots below:
