Top Cop Party was a party in The World of Cars Online.
It was a celebration in honor of the Carburetor County community who participated and helped to locate and capture the Tuner Gang, after the gang stole important landmarks of Downtown Radiator Springs from August to September 2010. However, the gang escaped after Sarge fell asleep while on guard duty.
