In the Cars on the Road episode, "Lights Out", they appear at the party with other ghosts. They stare at Lightning McQueen after he entered but soon continued partying.

Since the tractors in the Cars universe are treated like cows, it's possible that this might be a joke to a cow that was slaughtered for meat.
