Vern

Vern is the owner of Vern's Taxi Service. He appears at the Los Angeles International Speedway in Cars, entering the stadium to watch the tie-breaker Piston Cup race between Lightning McQueen, Chick Hicks, and The King.

He is an Emerycraft Lima that is painted red, with a white sign on his roof that reads "Vern's". His license plate reads "902 10R".
